Our purpose is to deal with people’s health and health’s relationship with the environment. Special attention is paid to those who, in our society, are the weakest part: children and elderly people. Our goal is to improve everyone's health by defending the right to live in a clean environment, starting with air and water and continuing with food.

Projects

Team

Scientists, legislators, lawyers, journalists and even volunteer citizens participate in the activities of HLS, who through their work spread the problems of Environmental Medicine and the possibilities for solutions to the ever-increasing problems affecting the environment. 

Resources

Through the dissemination of strictly scientific results and with the help of the laws in force, we mean to support and, if possible, improve general health by proposing laws that safeguard it. The Association is based in Geneva (Switzerland) because in that city one can enjoy unobstructed contact with institutions that are interested in public health (WHO) and human rights (UN, etc.) HLS will develop a system of communication with the civil society, with doctors, patients, legislators and decision-makers. Activities will be supported by donations and sales of prints of photo personally taken with an electron microscope.

Events

EHLS is engaged in communication projects on the possible risks deriving from environmental pollution of any origin including war and their impact on human and animal health. The association is therefore involved in the dissemination through conferences, seminars, exhibitions, writings and radio and television broadcasts. It will then be publicized to events that are scheduled in time for public participation.
